Rich - you have no idea the effect this had on me. Well... maybe you do:)

It was an awesome day and totally unexpected, which made it all the better. And in my own driveway...! Riley crapped his pants as much as I did when he saw it.

awesome fun.

cheers,

Good, you've gotten a fix. Now you can go back to building beautiful planes and put off that life gobbling Porsche restoration impulse.

Don't listen to John! Well, obviously keep making insane planes, and he is actually making a good point about the classic air cooled 911's ability to consume one's life. That being said, it's such an incredible source of inspiration and inner peace, your planes will be better for it. I'm now on a mission to help you find yours.

Heu John, a fix yes... but it will certainly not reduce the impulse. Marc has it right - on lots of fronts.

Hey Marc,

we are spiritually aligned on this front my friend. Keep your eyes peeled for me.

Ok, fine. Don't take my altruistic advice. By reducing the potential supply of S&S planes, it will only make the ones I own more valuable in the long run.

But I'd probably sell my soul for this: http://www.eaglegb.com/pages/eagle-low-drag-gt

Niels... you are killing me. I was familiar with the Singers... not the eagle low drag. Bloody hell that is an incredible looking car! I suppose I should not be surprised given your industrial design background. Thanks for adding yet another piece of eye candy to my desktop.

cheers,
konrad
